Pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated, Section 13-7-203, notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held by the Board of Mayor and Councilmen on Thursday, January 12, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. in the McKenzie Municipal Center.  The hearing is to receive public input regarding a proposed amendment to section 11-703(2) of the Zoning Ordinance of McKenzie, Tennessee.  The amendment proposes to allow apartments with certain restrictions within the B-3 (Central Business) District.    

Full copies of the proposed amendment may be viewed in McKenzie Municipal Center during normal business hours.  All interested persons are invited to attend and comment.
