The Day of
Remembrance is our way of
remembering those who gave their very
lives for the freedoms we enjoy each day
as citizens of the United States of
America. The event takes place at the
Downtown Veterans Memorial Park,
site of the Carroll County War Memorial
and a monument to Dusty Carroll, who
died in the protection of freedom
worldwide as our own National Guard
soldiers served in Iraq.
Please join us at 10:00 a.m. at the
town square to honor those in our
community who gave their lives for our
freedom.
